Saint Adalbert Polish Language School

WELCOME TO THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024!

About Us

The St. Adalbert Polish Language School is located in Philadelphia, PA and is affiliated with St. Adalbert’s Parish. Our school is a member of and follows the guidelines set forth by the Polish Supplementary School Council of America, Inc.  Currently, there are fourteen teachers and about 140 students that attend the school. The mission of our school is to teach our students the Polish language, history and geography. Classes are held on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in building of St. Adalbert Church on 2645 E. Allegheny Ave. We educate children from the age of 3 to 18 who already have a background in the Polish language. In addition, there is a special class for adults and a class for English speaking children who wish to learn a second language and have no experience in the Polish language. Apart from learning the Polish language, history, geography, and religion, the school offers a wide program of folk dances activity, choir, music lessons. In addition to classes, the school also organizes various activities and events in order to engage our students. Our school prepares many performances throughout the year both inside and outside of the school.  Every success attained by the school is derived from the help and generosity of the teachers, parents, and students.
